A Beautiful Diamond

He pray for something better
Tired of meeting mortals that just take
Groan with a need, crying out to his GOD for better
GOD listen and sent a beautiful diamond
Handed it to him on a silver platter

She was willing to please, giving her all
Touching him in places he never had been touch
Her smile of happiness whenever he met her
She never exploited him and requested little
He could not work it and blame her
All she wanted from him was a dance
A diamond is given once in a lifetime
It was handed to him on a golden platter

His fears kept him from receiving true love
Terrified she will know him, he went for the backdoor
Kick her to the curb for he chose one that is more familiar
Happy for a moment, until his tank became empty
Cries out to GOD, why am I in this bondage?
Until he learns to change his ways, GOD will turn away
For he handed him a beautiful diamond

Discourage she given up on man
Committed her life to GOD
GOD sends an angel to deliver a message
My child I been waiting for you
I knew you before you were born
I love you and chose you I ordained you
I used you to test many and many had fail
You belong to me and I am going to bless you
GOD sent her a beautiful diamond
