I Seen Jesus Today

I prayed to Jesus to show me his face
I praise him morning, noon, and night
My mind chases the world, a glass only half full
A unbalanced life that left me empty
A desire deeply within brought me to my knees
Powerless not knowing where I was going
Finding myself at a crossroad, I turn my life over to him
An awaking of energy, stimulating throughout my soul

A wisdom word given to me by an angel
A messenger you are
GOD will use you in a divine way
Soon it will arrive, be ready
The energy between my hands is so intense
I can feel the fire, stronger it will become
The LORD knows where my heart leans

Today I saw myself in the high mountains
Above was a deep dark purple sky
To the right Jesus face appeared
My hands where position in a prayer manner
Radiant with a bright white glow
I wasn’t completely in my body
To excite to see any more for Jesus was there

His vision was not as man presented
He was beautiful, light golden brown hair
Light browns eyes, a man of thirty-three
GOD directs my path, he given me hope
Heavenly my life feel, for GOD works in me

I am driven to do his will, he is by my side
Directing my path, every pace is a stepping-stone
Moving forward to where I need to be
I love my Lord, for I asked him to show me his face
Twice he came; once on the right, then the left
I wanted to glorify him with gratitude
Praise his holy name, for I seen Jesus today
