I WILL WAIT

Positioned in stillness; I wait
Control of my life, where will it lead
My life is blurred; yet I know where I am going
Aspire to turn right, my will turns left
Defenseless; yet I am brave
My mind is educated yet; I know nothing
Spirits walk all around me, eager to communicate
I know they are here, their fragrance in my air
Meditate on my belief, silence creeps upon me
Do I exist? For they do.
An eccentric optic line between the spirits and I
Lord; you know what I've experienced
Glimpse of what you permitted
Extracting force, seize my soul out from my skin
Vision of darkness; vacuum into streaks of light
My voice ricochets in a three-dimensional roar
Lord it's so cold!
What is to come, I can't change
Grateful that I live today
No fears; only of GOD
This armor is just borrowed, my spirit lives on
Peace in my heart; focused I'll stay
For GOD is my judge
Prepare: I will wait
